Mindy P. Stern , M.D., F.A.A.P.

Board Certified in Pediatrics

Dr. Mindy grew up in southeastern Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan’s combined undergraduate and medical school program in 1996. This prestigious program allowed her to receive both her B.S. in biomedical sciences and M.D. degrees in only seven busy years. She then completed her residency at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. After graduating, she joined a pediatric practice in Northern Kentucky. While she was practicing, she also was elected to the Board of Directors of the corporation that owned several Northern Kentucky primary care practices. During this time her husband, a colon & rectal surgeon, was finishing up his residency in general surgery. When he completed his residency, she moved to Boston for him to complete his specialty training. She is finally done moving, and she has been a member of our practice since 2004.

A Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, she has also many other interests. She was once a recreational cellist who now devotes her time to her two energetic girls, low-fat gourmet cooking, and exercising. She enjoys movies, reading and dining out in her “spare time”.
